Raindrops

I woke up this morning and looked out the window. The light was hitting the grass in front of our apartment. This is somewhat rare so I grabbed my camera knowing there would be something outside worth taking a picture of. This is what I got.

This one is really interesting to me. I've been mulling it over for a few weeks thinking about whether I should post it or not. I'm posting it for 2 reasons. The first is that simply I haven't posted anything lately, mostly because I haven't been out and about taking any. I have a ton of the boy in his first month of life but don't want to put him on display. The second is that this just seems so metaphoric. I didn't post it initially because I didn't get why I liked it so much. I understand now.
